18/01/2010 - The Big D Babes Story

Big D have been supplying nuts snacks since the 1970s.  BUT Big D is unique because it features Buxom Big D Babes which help to keep you interested and begging for more!!

BEVERLEY PILKINGTON was the first Big D Babe in the 1970s.  She brought life to a packet of peanuts!  She was the first babe to feature scantily clad on pub cards around the country.  Each time a bag of Big D's were bought, a little more of Beverley was revealed!!  Beverley retired in the late 1980s, amid a national outcry - Bring Back Our Beloved Big D Babe!

But the 90s came and went amidst a climate of political correctness......  This meant the Big D Babe went to ground until 2002.  At which time the noughties were in full swing and it was PARTY TIME so Big D introduced the very sexy RUTH HIGHAM as Big D Babe number 2.

In 2006, the search for a new Big D Babe started with the help of the Daily Star.  A  nationwide appeal was launched to try and replace the lovely Ruth.  Big D became even bigger and more delicious than ever when the gorgeous 25-year-old 34GG MALENE ESPENSEN was crowned as the new Big D Babe.  Her big personalith and big assets out shone all the others!  As a result Malene has been featured on Big D pub cards and calendars across the country for over 3 years.  Malene has been an outstanding success especially for the pub goers, who are thrilled to see Malene behind the bar!
